KEY INITIATIVES

Emerging, ongoing, and completed initiatives

Our Key Initiatives highlight the Ottawa OHT-ÉSO's  priority programs and projects aimed at improving access, coordination, and quality of care across our community. Together with our partners, these initiatives support integrated, person-centred care across the health system.

Primary care

The Ottawa OHT-ÉSO is dedicated to advancing Ontario's goal of 100% attachment to a family physician of nurse practitioner by 2029. Our Primary Care Network (PCN) Leadership Group and Clinical Lead are taking an active role in the coordinated expansion of equitable access to primary care across Ottawa.
