Ottawa Primary Care Survey findings 2025

In 2025, Ontario announced a new investment in primary care to ensure that every resident is attached to a primary care clinician by 2029. To support local primary care planning, Ottawa OHT-ÉSO launched our Ottawa Primary Care Survey to:

  1. Advance our Primary Care Network membership;
  2. Better understanding capacity challenges and areas for growth; and
  3. Learn about the digital health landscape of practices.

This document provides a short summary of our survey findings and the complete list of questions in English and French. If you are interested in implementing a version of this survey in your community, please reach out to Shelley Horrocks, our Decision Support Lead, at [email protected] who will happily provide our lessons learned and information on survey branching.
