The Champlain Indigenous Services Directory was developed by the Champlain Indigenous Health Circle Forum (Circle) which is a committee of the Champlain Local Health Integration Network
(LHIN). The directory is a resource for Health Links and health service providers when working with First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples living in the Champlain region.
