The Ottawa Ontario Health Team (Ottawa OHT-ÉSO) Primary Care Network (PCN) identified challenges with recruiting locums as an important issue for family physicians and their practices. In response, we undertook a review over the summer of platforms available to help physicians connect with locum opportunities and find practice coverage.
