Dr. Philpott's Primary Care Action Team has launched a new initiative to connect every person in the province to primary care by 2029. With an investment of $213 million, up to 80 primary care teams will be created or expanded. This first call for proposals targets communities with the highest need. Ontario Health Teams and their Primary Care Networks will support the development, coordination and submission of proposals.
