Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a r\u00e9uni des cliniciens de soins primaires pour explorer comment l'ICO soutient la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire dans la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au cours de la s\u00e9ance, des repr\u00e9sentants de l'Institut de cardiologie ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un aper\u00e7u des programmes et des services offerts aux m\u00e9decins communautaires et aux infirmi\u00e8res praticiennes.
